The Guys in Uniform connection

 A spanking image from Royale's storyette 'The Cheat' (1959), 
juxtaposed with an ad for 'Guys in Uniform' in 'Mister SM' magazine in 1976.  

The moody 'Guys in Uniform' illustration suggests the seated athlete is in for similar treatment.
The 'through the legs' composition is straight out of the Royale playbook,
