02 Navy Romeo (1960)

 Tom and Spike watch Ted, a ladies' man, strip and change into whites for the dance.  
Behind a screen they take the mickey out of him as he preens himself as he dresses.

Later in the car, they stop in a lane, pull out Ted, rough house him,
finally tying him to a tree and dousing him with cold water.
They then pull down his bell bottoms and leave him.

Navy Romeo is a "Royale Storyette" comprised of 36 photos (see above)

At the time of writimg the mitchmen Royale Studio Open Archive has copies of 21 of them.

 

It stars 'R.N. matelots' Tom, Spike and Ted 

Tom is actually played by Tom Harding, Ned Willigan as Spike, Ted is not fully identified

The same three men also appear in a set labelled 'DTS' which provides some information about their full identities and is discussed as an annex to Romeo (see below) .

 

This story is listed in List X (i.e. List 10) of Royale's catalogue and is dated Jan 1960
