Ron Fenn was a significant contributor to Royale's catalogue, appearing in 3 storyettes between 1959-60, in which he played the 'tough guy'. It was a persona he seemed to have cultivated, as witness the leather and whip in the image above, plus a facial scar and tattoos on chest and forearm. He seems rather homely here, below the surface, but in the storyettes he does come across as rugged and square-jawed, ideally cast.
The beefcake mags don't seem to have taken to him, perhaps shying away from the leather connection, but whatever the reason, I haven't been able to find a single solo image of him amongst then, but he is seen in a spread for 'The Wallet' in Man Alive 4.
